You ever do rows? I can do chin ups but my shoulder screams from a wrestling injury. I do rows with my feet up and back below feet. Can hit sets of ten on chins, not training chin ups and just low rows with a strap/trx or jailhouse method and knotting up a bedsheet shut in a door.

yeah the Chin-Ups are totally fine too, but they target the biceps more than the Pull-Ups.
