While I’m not racing a bicycle at the elite level anymore–I retired from that seven years ago–I still do place a lot of importance on fitness and staying in shape.
You dont look like you are doing 7-8 min miles. Effortless
Great video. I'm also a runner. I can run a mile in about 6 minutes or so. You look great.
More fitness videos Brian.
Thank you for sharing! Style videos with self improvement/fitness sprinkled throughout is a format I’d love to continue watching.
At the end you should have said “until next time, stay in shape” #plottwist
I love your channel!
You look like G-Eazy 20 years in the future
I assume ur watch has a heart rate sensor connected to an App on ur fone. If so, Which model is this watch?
Can you maybe make a video for cyclists and show how we could connect fashion with our body physiognomy
What's the app that you're using?
3:17 That steam coming off of you is so motivating!
I vote for incorporating more workout videos on your channel too.
Discipline equals freedom! Way to be disciplined, Brian.
Cool video man! But I have to say, try to fix that right arm, it has too much swing and it goes outside, far from the body; try keep it more linear and near to your body. From an athlete 😉 Have a great day!
Aren’t the last two miles exceeding your maximum heart rate?
Love running videos!
Brilliant. What are your gym work outs like?
Nice work, Brian. Let's see that max bench press now (max pull-ups too)
You forget to say your ex military!
Very cool. Would definitely be interested in more workout content. Gym training especially. And do you still ride a bike? Would love to see it. It's important to show people that clothes can do only so much. Gotta get in shape
You should wear your Datograph. Maybe that will inspire you a little more. Good run!
Way to go!! Keep it up.
Cadence 193? My eyes didn't see that ..
Half Marathon do it! Love seeing running, cool.
To look good in clothes…you have to look good in fitness…and in the kitchen. Great job!!
Wow. Congrats. Excellent time. My best result is over 51 min for 10 km. I'm impressed.
Great video. Please add km as well next time
Great job staying in shape! It's important to take care of yourself, and your body will also look better in tailored clothing. Maybe we could get a whole day in the life video?
Brian, thanks a lot. I've been finding every excuse in the world to not get back on my treadmill. A year ago I lost 45 lbs and after reaching that goal, my enthusiasm to stay on the treadmill waned. So a combination of not exercising and not eating a balanced diet I am now, sad to say, gained back just about all of the weight. Just watching your 5 min video showed me how taking things slow and working your way back into shape is the right way to go. Thanks for the kick in the pants to get going again. Thanks man !!!
Make a video about sport brands and sport looks for gym or for running. I think it will be interesting for your subscribers.
Nice job Brian on the ~10k neg split run. I have done marathons and triathlons in the past, and track work was essential for pace/endurance gains. I found doing ladder workouts effective for 5k-half races, ie 200/400/600/800×2/600/400/200, with the back side of the workout at faster pace (~20 secs/mi faster) with half the rest interval. For marathons, a series of 800m repeats were good. These workouts compliment the normal longer-distance running well. Keep up the training and discipline, thanks for sharing. Cheers
Under Armour – represent Baltimore! Nice
How to not get bored while running?
One running que to work on is to shift your hips forward, which enables greater extension and power through your hips. This video does a great job explaining how to achieve that.
Nice workout, and your hair remained impeccable!!!
Running is my mortal enemy! Well not really but either way. I think it's great you decided to do this video, perhaps it could be a gateway for some content on work out wear in the future.
I salute your regime and discipline. I also run but couldn’t do it on a track and without any music. Being a creature of habit I run the same route 3 times a week on the road 15 miles per week in total. Keep up the good work.
Not a hair out of place.
Steam from your body!
