Haven’t done this one for awhile and I enjoy mixing older routines with the new ones. I didn’t make it through the second half since I’m getting over a cold but I went through the motions 😂 I really enjoy the stretching in between. Always my favorite

I'm grateful for this workout! So many videos that claim to be for beginners or low impact really aren't. This workout was doable but I still felt the stretches and got my heart rate up. You were also relatable and not over the top. Thank you.

If I had tried doing this workout at the beginning of my exercise journey following my lupus diagnosis, I probably would have felt defeated and would have given up trying to exercise. But because I had done your low-intensity workouts for a few months I was able to approach this medium-intensity workout with no problem! And I was able to finish it! Because of your workouts I am noticing a change in my body and energy levels and I’m at a point where I can call a 40-min medium intensity workout fun!
This is easily my favourite cocolime fitness workout. So much fun and sweated like crazy. I am a huge fan of the series too. Love the active stretches in between. Gives me a chance to release any tension and gets me ready for the next challenge up ahead. I did it during my work lunch break. Felt so relaxed and energized after this workout. I really enjoyed this workout. thank you so much. Would love to see a full body stretching video, like an hour long and cover muscles head to toe. All my muscles are tight. I love all your videos I have tried and I am telling so many people about Cocolime fitness. I am starting to feel like my old self a bit. I have way less daily pain since I have been doing these stretching and exercise videos.

Thank you soon much before fibro I did combat boxercise meta fit and advanced yoga it truly was my life I've been struggling for 4 years now to find exercise that I can manage and enjoy this took me back and I'm going to do it daily I had to stop a few times but I'm going to keep going till I manage it all so happy 😀
