Hey, I just recently started dunking well off of lobs, for dribble dunks is it all about practice or is there something else I can do to make them easier? Also how do you start to try new types of dunks?

5”9 i got my first dunk yesterday (friday) and it was a grown man dunk. i went from barley grabbing rim and 2 weeks later it was a 2 handed off the lob …. thanks steven lol i am blaming you for this good progress

A big reason why you’re leaning in the air is due to having weak adductors. Band walks would help you out

Hey Steven, im 6ft2 and i seem to get high jumps off 1 leg but cant really get my entire hand above the rim, should i try 2 legged dunks or should i stick to 1 legged ones? Thanks 🙂
